Creative juices and other concoctions...

I need to get some things out of my system today. I dunno... my body feels very heavy today077.gifor maybe it's just plain laziness XD? Oh well, that's me *laughs*

Mixture 1: Twilight. Breaking Dawn. August 4. Fan-girl squeals.

*Squeeee!* The much anticipated conclusion to the Twilight saga is coming out on Monday! My mom didn't want me to pre-order the book through Amazon so I had to go to a local bookstore to reserve a copy *damn!*. It's actually my first time to pre-order a book (Yeh! I'm a noob! Very good Azie!) and I'm glad that they didn't require any down payments (unlike the-book-that-must-not-be-named *cougharrypottercough*), which made me like the books more. They're really cheaper than HP books AND you don't have to wait for the next year for the paper-back version. Maybe that's the reason why one of the Twilight books chucked Deathly Hallows out of the first spot  upon its release (*lolz*). I can already hear-err, read- someone's fantasies over Edward Cullen somewhere.

I'm starting to have butterflies on my stomach. I guess I'm really that excited. 031.gifor maybe it's because Edward's charm got through the thick skull of mine.

Mixture 2: Exams.Quizzes. Reviews. Toxic

Uwaah! Another series of tests coming this week: Math 17, Philosophy and CMSC 11. So many things to do, so little time. And to think that the first semester's going to end in 3 month's time. I promise that I'll work full-force this time! I won't lose to the twin demons of laziness and procrastination.032.gifI'll work EXTRA HARD *throws a jab* Yah!

Mixture 3: Missing everyone.

I really miss everyone from my high school. I miss everything from our 'adventures' to the dramas we shared. I miss my 101 best friends (Richelle and Cess), Jihad, Dora, Jaimee, Erika, Step, Jason, Gab, Pau, Macky, Ojie, Aljoy, Mara, Geric, Jenny, Philip, Bau, Arjay, Cerv, Bryan, Marlo... and... all of them. I really want to be with them again although I can already sense that they're all busy with RL issues. It's not that I don't like my present clique. In fact, I'm enjoying their company. They remind me of several people from CDSC but there are still some things that I can only do with my high school barkada (e.g. doing shameless-REALLY SHAMELESS- things in the mall, laughing our hearts out etc.). 118.gif

Mixture 4: Bump of Chicken is <3

Hey, hey, before you start thinking about what I think you're thinking, I'm telling you, Bump of Chicken is a band. IT'S A BAND!

I kinda rediscovered this band when I decided to play my Tales of the Abyss game. They sang the opening song for the game (Karma). They also sang the song, Sailing Day, for the fourth One Piece movie (Dead-end Adventure). I could say that their songs are really good. I enjoyed listening to them mainly because they gave my ultra-dry mind a sudden gush of creative juices (now that's what I call music!). On my list of favorite j-bands, they're next to L 'Arc-en-Ciel... and yes, my current obsession are these two bands.

Mixture 5: Alert! Creative juices are overflowing!

Finally! My writer's block and artist's block (hell, I'm having BOTH at the same time!) finally left my poor brain. For three months I wasn't able to draw anything decent or write anything worth to read. It's not the longest writer's/artist's block I've had but it sure took the life out of me. I'm just glad it's over.

*RP BUDDIES!~ Gomen! I'll post something right away! ^^*

Now to prove that my writing prowess is still in tact (I wish it still is), I'll post the first paragraph of my project that I wrote right after recovering from the 'horrendous' syndrome:

... on the nth day, he started folding paper cranes. Why? You ask him. I don't know myself but for some reason, I was drawn into watching him fold every piece of whatever color of paper to a magnificently folded crane. I was amazed, even though my ego refused to admit it.

"Quit staring." Oh shit. It's his arrogant voice again.

"Huh?" was the only sound that came out of my mouth. I tore my gaze away from his hand.

"I said quit staring. It's really unnerving." He stopped with what he was doing and stared at me with a smug look plastered on his God-forsaken face. Emerald found Vermillion. And it's going to be the start of another war.

At that, I blushed a deep shade of red and shouted, "Like hell I'm staring at you! I was looking at the sunset!" Lame excuse, bad move.

"There's no sun to look at here. Did you hit your head somewhere? This is the west wing." He remarked, bluntly. Oh! One of these days, I 'm going to punch a hole through that face of yours.

"I knew that!"

"Then, stop staring."

That ended our conversation. He continued folding his cranes while I... I stopped staring... but I continued casting curious glances - staring and glancing were two different things.

Somehow, it became an everyday routine for the both of us: he would fold while I send fleeting looks. It was the only interaction we have. That is, until the April of that year - when the cherry trees' first blossoms bloomed...

How's my writing? I bet it's gotten worst.

XoXoX

Wow, my first long post since I joined Tabulas! 036.gif*pats herself on the head* Now, I'm quite proud of myself! Haha! 'Nuff now, I really need to get some sleep. ^^ I'll update when I have the time. I'm going back to real-life now! Bye-bye!
