Yay for the first rant of the year! [\o\ \o/ /o/]. Well, I was supposed to post this last year. I totally forgot that I made this blog :D <heh>

I got this from a stamp in DevArt [Although I couldn't find the stamp anymore]. Anyway, I have three points to tell you <strike>stupid, close-minded</strike> people about:

ONE: We listen to more than J-pop/J-rock

Well, my playlist has other artists in it. Although I have my favorite Japanese songs in my playlist, I think my Hillsongs collection dominates the list more. Do you want me to get a screencap for you?

TWO: We don't all cosplay.

I honestly hate people when they ask me if I cosplay during first meetings etcetera, etcetera. I mean, what the hell? Is cosplaying all there is to anime?

For Pete's sake! I'm an anime fan but cosplaying will be the last thing I will do in my entire life. [D8] And please, I know people who are like me [anime fan!not cosplayer]. No, you can't coax me to do it. I'm perfectly happy with my "fan" status as it is, thank you very much.

THREE: We watch more than anime/manga.

Tsubasa Chronicles, Kuroshitsuji, Fruits Basket, Saiyuki, 24 ORAS, CASE UNCLOSED, COFFEE PRINCE, Naruto, Ouran High School Host Club, BORN TO BE WILD, LALOLA, ANG PINAKA, CAMERA CAFE [lol, 3 mins?], Hagane no Renkinjuutsushi, xxxHolic, UNANG HIRIT [yeah Xd], MY NAME IS KIM SAM SOON, WAR OF MONEY, Kobato [yet to come but will watch], Jigoku Shoujo, PRISON BREAK, LOST, SURVIVOR, THE AMAZING RACE... etc... etc. Oh, yeah~! I also abuse the National Geographic Channel and sometimes, HBO XD

Go check my Friendster profile if you want more. But yeah, the list says that I watch other shows other than anime. I also read other books aside from manga.

Other people tend to misjudge us, anime fans. Just because we watch it, doesn't mean that it's our life. Pffft. It sucks to know that there are people like that. Someday, I'd like to cram them all in a warehouse and then drop an atom bomb on it.[>D]

Kalahati ng utak ko nag-a-agree. Kasi naman, yung mga kakilala ko, after ng break-up, specifically yung first, hindi na nawala sa playlist nila or sa mga GMs nila yung salita na: "love". Yung tipong karamihan sa pinapadalang GM (karamihan quotes) ay related lahat sa salitang yun. Pero kahit nakakasawa, natutuwa ako kasi dumadami yung imbak kong quotes XD.

Yung kalahati ewan ko. 'Di masama yung tingin ko sa mga emo. Yun yung way nila para ma-express sarili nila eh. minsan, yung iba sa kanila mas may sense pang kausap. Ang ayaw ko lang talaga sa kanila yung suicidal tendencies nila. 'Di ko alam kung bakit negative ang tingin natin sa kanila.

I'm typing this exactly two hours before January 1, 2009. Since most of the end-of-the-year posts I've read rants about how unlucky/lucky/pissing/peaceful/enjoyable/boring/[insert words here]/ their 2008 is, I'm going to deviate and post about something which doesn't involve any "looking back". Oh wait... most of my last-day-of-the-year posts are like that. [pffft]

Anyway, I'm totally not the type of person who will look back on my past failures/successes 'coz I might end up criticizing myself for it. I'm not sure when exactly I stopped "looking back" but I'm quite happy with the change that happened in me.

Is it obvious that I'm looking forward to this coming new year? Actually, I think I'm more excited about it if you compare my excitement over it to the past 3 New Year's celebration. I'm not actually sure why... haha. Maybe it's because there are a lot of things to expect in 2009 (for me :3). *Oh yeah~! I'm being bouncy about it! OTL I want my 2009 already~*

Oh, I just remembered that I'm also turning 17 this year *bummer*. It's the only thing I hate about years. [=3=] I honestly hate growing up. It makes me feel like I'm losing my childish self *baaaaaaaw~!* Growing means you can't throw books at your classmate without being scolded for it. (RP's quote~) Well, that's life. [pffft]

Haha. 8D I'm posting this exactly at 11:00 p.m (+8 GMT). I did some spring cleaning in my Photobucket account. Waaah~1 So much space~!

Ah~! So happy~! My laptop is okay now (after 4 days of trying to salvage it). I had to replace the hard disk coz it's fried (it cost me P3000. orz. "Merry" Christmas =A=)... and that means it's the end for my precious files (*sniff*). Here's the damage list in case you're wondering what I lost:

• Gift list for Kiseki. BAAAAW~! It took me hours to make that one~! Argh~!
• Subbed episodes for Kuroshitsuji. All of them.
• ALL 27 chapters of Kuroshitsuji. O.O
• Other subbed anime series which I couldn't remember.
• 2 machine problems and all of the exercises I coded during my ComSci days.
• 300+ anime songs. TT.TT
• Scans of every Clamp series except for Angelic Layer, CCS and Rayearth (good thing I burned them in a cd last year).
• WIP icons. =A=;;
• Block 12 pictures *sniff*
• CAT graduation pictures
• HS graduation ball pictures.
• E-books (Artemis Fowl series, 5 People You Meet in Heaven, Time Traveller's Wife, A Walk to Remember, Jane Austen Works, Sherlock Holmes series, A Purpose Driven Life aaand many more~)
• The new blog layout I'm working on. A-and it's almost done!
• Adobe CS3. I'm totally crying for this one. I need this for my course~!

Meh... I couldn't remember the rest. *headdesk* Toodles~ I'm going to make another gift list for Kiseki. My life is totally unfair. Merry Christmas, people~!

I feel the slight urge to murder someone right now. Why am I this unfortunate? Given another reason, I will surely go ballistic.

Reason 1:
My laptop... suddenly stopped working. *dies* MY PRECIOUS FILES~ TT.TT. It's currently stuck on the loading screen.

Reason 2:
More or less, this one fueled it all. This stupid idea: Twilight TV Series (Pinoy style)

For heaven's sake. Must Twilight infiltrate local television, too?

Reason 3:
None... yet. Give me another one... just one. And I will seriously rip someone's throat.

Got myself enrolled last Friday. Here's my schedule for this coming semester.

Only four subjects enrolled~! [=3=] They told me that they're going to add more subjects once the semester starts next year. I'm crossing my fingers for "free-Saturday". \o/ AND I hope that I'm not going to get an "Ebil Thursday is evil" like this one: 2nd Semester sched.
